Shipping policy
Understand all of our policies so you can receive the products you ordered:
• Orders and deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm.
• The delivery time is counted from confirmation of payment on business days, does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
• Shipping via post office will be made up to 3 delivery attempts at the address indicated, in the case of a courier, 01 delivery attempt will be made. Other delivery attempts will be charged, as will storage of the product in the carrier's warehouse. Tracking the product using the tracking code is the customer's responsibility, which is sent via the email you provided when purchasing.
• It is extremely important that you/the customer or another person authorized by the buyer, over 18 years of age, and carrying an identification document at the requested address to receive the merchandise and sign the protocol during business hours.
• After completing the order, it is not possible to change the delivery method, request advance payment or priority. If there is any problem, send a message on WhatsApp as soon as possible.

What are the shipping methods and expected delivery times?
• Shipping time : Delivery expected in 3 to 21 business days, counting from the next day of posting. (The expected delivery time is the sole responsibility of the post office)
